Manorway Group is the Seattle company behind Manorway HOA and Manorway Rentals. AI assisted software for the volunteer boards and small landlords who keep American housing running.
Our story
We are building the operating system for running real estate. Rent reminders, violation notices, maintenance calls, meeting minutes, compliance deadlines: the people responsible for housing spend their evenings on the same routine work every week, and most of it can be done by software. Manorway puts AI agents on that work and leaves every decision with the people accountable for it.
It started in 2025, when Manorway Group acquired Trenven, an AI property management technology stack. Trenven's engineering team had spent years automating the property workflows that traditional management software never bothered to modernize. We folded Trenven into the Manorway Group portfolio, set up the product side of the business in Seattle, and shipped the first version of Manorway in Puget Sound.
Our first product was Manorway HOA, for the volunteer boards that run homeowner and condo associations. We built it one state statute at a time, starting with Washington and moving into Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. In May 2026 we launched nationwide and shipped Manorway Rentals for the millions of small landlords with 1 to 20 doors. Two very different customers with the same problem: too much administration, too few hands, and real legal exposure when something slips. Both products run on one platform and are available in all 50 states.

Every Manorway customer gets the same team of AI agents, each with a defined job. Mira handles communication with tenants and residents. Owen keeps the books. Lena tracks legal obligations and deadlines. Diego coordinates maintenance and vendors. Theo keeps the documents and records. Rachel answers after hours. For a landlord that means rent, repairs, and notices. For a board it means meetings, violations, and the reserve fund. The agents draft, triage, schedule, and follow up. The landlord or the board keeps approval authority over every action, every email, and every dollar, and every step is logged.

The team blends people who have sat in the seat (HOA board members who have signed the meeting minutes, landlords who have replaced the water heater on a Sunday), licensed CPA partners across multiple states, and the engineering team that came over from Trenven.
