Our story
Manorway Group acquired Trenven, an AI property management technology stack, in 2025. Trenven's engineering team had spent years building the automation for property workflows that traditional management software never bothered to modernize. We folded Trenven into the Manorway Group portfolio, set up the product side of the business in Seattle, and shipped the first version of Manorway, the AI assisted executive governance platform for HOA and condo boards. The first market was Puget Sound. The first body of law we built to was Washington's WUCIOA (RCW 64.90). Boards in Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, and Tacoma signed on first.
From Puget Sound the growth was steady and deliberate. Through 2025 and into 2026 we expanded across the rest of Washington and into Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. Each new state went the same way: read the statute, work with local boards, ship the workflow, move to the next one. The deliberate pace, one statute at a time, was the feature, not a limitation. Boards have been told for years that big technology vendors know their state. Most of the time, they do not. We were not going to make that mistake. By early 2026 we had four state statutes live in the product and a roadmap that pointed at every other one.
In May 2026 we launched nationwide. Manorway is now available to HOA and condo boards in all 50 states. State aware landing pages, state aware blog content, state aware compliance check tools, and a state aware Weekly HOA Brief mean every board sees the law and the language that applies to their community. Five states (California, Florida, Texas, New York, and Arizona) have a live compliance check tool today, with more in the queue every month. Board safe, documented, transparent. Across the country.
The team
Manorway is led by Robert Green, founder and CEO. The team blends HOA board veterans who have sat in the chair and signed the meeting minutes, licensed CPA partners across multiple states, and the engineering team that came over from Trenven. We are hiring as we grow. Get in touch if you want in.
